A product ban means our anti-crack system detected a prohibited tool running alongside the loader.

What is a Product Ban?
If you try to access the spoofer and a text file is created saying you are banned, this is our anti-crack system. It means you had a prohibited tool open when attempting to log in or access the product.
We scan for thousands of tools that could be used for debugging or causing malicious harm to the product. The list below covers the most common ones — it is not exhaustive.

No refunds for product bans
Responsibility for what is running on your system lies with you. If you believe your ban was issued in error, open a support ticket on Discord — however we do not issue refunds for product bans.
