Loader Errors
If your loader isn't opening or is stuck on a connection screen, your ISP is most likely blocking the connection to our servers. Both issues below share the same fix.
Root cause: ISP blocking. Our loader connects to our back-end servers on launch. Some ISPs actively block this connection, causing the loader to silently fail or hang. Enabling a VPN or Cloudflare WARP routes traffic around the block.
Common symptoms
Loader shows in taskbar but no window appears
The loader process is running and visible in the system tray, but the window never opens and no text or GUI appears on screen. This happens because the ISP blocks the server handshake that the loader performs on launch — without a successful connection, the UI never renders.
Stuck on "Waiting for connection" or "Waiting for update"
The loader opens but hangs indefinitely on the connection or update screen and never progresses. The loader is trying to reach our authentication and update servers but the request is being blocked by the ISP before it can complete.
Example — stuck loader

The fix
1
Use Cloudflare WARP Recommended — free
Download and install the 1.1.1.1 / WARP appby Cloudflare. Enable WARP mode, then relaunch the loader. WARP routes your traffic through Cloudflare's network, bypassing the ISP block entirely. It's free, takes under a minute, and doesn't affect your game ping.
Download WARP (1.1.1.1) 2
Use any VPN
If you already have a VPN, connect to any server and relaunch the loader. Any VPN that tunnels your traffic will route around the ISP block. After the loader connects successfully you can disconnect the VPN — it is only needed for the initial connection.
