BSOD Troubleshooting

Getting blue screens? Work through these steps in order before opening a support ticket.

Initial Fixes — Try These First

Work through all four of these, restart after making changes, then try spoofing again.

1Update your GPU / graphics card drivers to the latest version.
2Disable TPM in your BIOS / UEFI settings.
3Disable Fast Startup in your BIOS.
4Completely uninstall all VPN client software.

Run System Repair Commands

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these two commands in order. Wait for each to finish before running the next.

If BSODs persist after running these

A clean Windows reinstall via USB (with partition deletion) is needed. System repair cannot fix all driver-level conflicts.

Find the Dump File

Open File Explorer (Win + E) and navigate to the path below — click to copy:

Look for .dmp files inside. If the folder is not visible, enable Hidden items via View → Show in File Explorer.

Minidump folder is empty?

Open sysdm.cpl Advanced Startup and Recovery → set dump type to Small memory dump (256 KB), then trigger the crash again.

Verify Dump Settings

Press Win + R, type sysdm.cpl, press Enter → Advanced Startup and Recovery Settings.

  • Dump type: Complete memory dump or Kernel memory dump
  • Dump path: %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP
  • Click OK and restart your PC

  • Your Windows version
