Most game bans come from incorrect usage, not a spoofer failure. Work through this checklist before opening a ticket.

About Game Bans
There is always a risk of bans in this business — nothing is ever truly safe. Before assuming it is a product issue, work through the checklist below. The vast majority of bans come from one of these causes.

Did not Clean after last ban
Cleaning is not just about files — it also performs usermode HWID spoofing and changes your seed. The HWID generation relies on the seed, so if the seed does not change, neither will your HWID. Your HWID remains static until you clean.

"I just reinstalled Windows"
The same applies here. Reinstalling Windows without running Clean means multiple components will not be spoofed correctly. You must always clean regardless of a fresh OS install.

HWID not verified after spoofing
Use the HWID checker provided by support to compare your serials before and after spoofing. If any serial matches your original, the spoof did not fully apply.

Loader was still open when launching game
Always fully close the loader before starting your game. Having it running during game launch is one of the most common detection triggers.

Tested with a cheat running
To get a clean result and proper support, your test run must be spoofer-only — no cheat present. Running a cheat at the same time pollutes the result and makes it impossible to isolate the issue.

Ban is temporary, not permanent
Not all bans are hardware bans. Rust issues 1, 3, and 7-day temporary bans triggered by your playstyle (Cerberus). Sign in and out of Steam to read the full ban message and confirm the type before assuming it is a hardware ban.

Forgot to spoof before launching
The protection only applies after you click Load. If you launch your game without spoofing first, your real hardware IDs are visible. It sounds obvious, but it does happen.

Permanent traces from previous software
Past cheats or spoofers may have left driver or software traces that cannot be cleaned. Anti-cheat updates silently, sometimes multiple times per day, and can detect these traces at any time — even if you have not run anything recently. The only fix is a full USB format, including wiping bootloader and EFI partitions.
